Letter from the president

Hi everyone!

My name is Emily Wilson, and I am truly honored to serve as the President of the Epsilon Phi Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma. It is a privilege and joy to lead such an amazing group of women. The University of Florida is a large university, and it can be a daunting task to find your place amidst thousands of people. Coming from a small school and a family without a lot of experience with Greek life, I was looking to branch out and find my own community. Kappa truly enhanced my involvement, friendships, and total fulfillment that I was looking for at the university, and Kappa is now such a special home, one where I can fully be myself. So many laughs, tears, exciting moments, and core memories have happened within these walls. What you will find here is a group of fun-loving, dedicated, and passionate women who have a genuine and lasting connection with one another.

The impact Kappa has made on me is truly indescribable. I never realized how influential an organization filled with such authentic individuals could be. Here I have become a confident, well-rounded leader with so many life-long friends that I wouldn’t trade for the world. Kappa has undoubtedly given me everything I could have expected, and I will forever be grateful.

To the girl who knows exactly what they want to do at the University of Florida, and to the girl who is completely lost: Kappa has been the home to many. You will never regret trusting your intuition or taking a chance on this organization. It is from within these walls of Kappa that I have found a sisterhood, support system, and home away from home. I hope you find all this and more within our chapter. If you have any questions about Kappa or Panhellenic in general, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Loyally,

Emily Wilson, President of Kappa Kappa Gamma
